Thank you for choosing Barakati. We offer international shipping to customers in more than 200 countries and territories. Our goal is to provide quality products together with a reliable and transparent international shopping experience.

Shipping Times & Costs

The following delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to order volume, public holidays, customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Unless otherwise stated, all shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds shown below are in USD. If you shop in another currency, the corresponding amount displayed at checkout may vary because of currency conversion or market-specific pricing.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $99 USD only for destinations marked “Free over $99” above.
Some destinations are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of the order value.
Free-shipping eligibility and the final shipping charge will be confirmed at checkout after the delivery country and address have been entered.
Estimated arrival time consists of order processing time plus shipping time.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is not included in the shipping estimates shown above.
Delivery estimates do not apply to remote areas, islands, or addresses requiring special delivery arrangements.
Delivery may take longer during major sales events, public holidays, Ramadan, Eid, new product launches, or international transportation disruptions.

Address Restrictions & Modifications

Due to carrier restrictions, we are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Certain remote regions, islands, and non-continental European territories may also be unavailable for delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is shipped. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Barakati is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Charges

Depending on the delivery destination, applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be included in the displayed product price, calculated at checkout, or not collected by Barakati. The applicable tax treatment will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

Unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout, import duties, customs charges, clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

These additional charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority or the delivery carrier and are the responsibility of the customer. Barakati does not control these charges and cannot confirm their amount in advance.

Customers are responsible for checking the import rules, tax requirements, and customs policies of their destination country before placing an order.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable import duties or customs charges, fails to complete the required customs-clearance process, or does not provide requested clearance information, the package may be delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the customs authority or carrier.

If a package is returned to Barakati for one of these reasons, any refund will be processed only after the returned package has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, clearance fees, and other costs incurred during the return process may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier. During international shipping, tracking information may not update continuously while the package is in transit between countries or undergoing customs clearance.

Shipping Delays

During peak sales periods, public holidays, Ramadan, Eid, new product launches, severe weather, customs processing, or international transportation disruptions, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, its transportation and tracking updates are managed by the carrier. Barakati will assist customers with available tracking information and reasonable delivery enquiries, but delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for compensation.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

A package may be returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to complete customs clearance.

If a package is returned to Barakati, we will contact the customer after it has been received and inspected. Any eligible refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, or other expenses incurred in recovering the package, where permitted by applicable law.

If the customer requests reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.
